Test cases added and modified for 7018520 SignatureValidationStream.read() to increase the code coverage and test if the variable sig could be null. We may add more test cases to make the test stronger.
  Deleted the JARDescTest after discussion with Igor.
  No need to write test for DeloyTestCase.java only add the output change.
