need to add reference to CR for ReadLongZipFileName test being on the problem list

The test test/java/util/zip/ZipFile/ReadLongZipFileName.java is on the problem list but it doesn't have a CR associated with it. I've created such a CR (7022325) and this needs to be noted in ProblemList.txt.
