1. install jdk 6u25 b03 on Windows platforms with sv language pack.
http://jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/jdk/6u25/promoted/ea/b03/bundles
2. Run [jdkhome]/bin/appletviewer without any argument.
Expected: The usage output should be displayed correctly.
Result:Character "ä","ö" doesn't display correctly in the output.
