The messages in VisualVM Window on WindowsXP(Japanese) is different from that in WindowsXP(english).

CONFIGURATION:
OS :Windows XP (SP3, Japanese), WindowsXP(SP3, English)
JDK : JDK6u23

REPRODUCE:
1. Open jvisualvm in WindowsXP(English)
2. Select [Help] - [About] in pull down menu in Java VisualVM window
3. Click "Details" button in About Java VisualVM window

You will see a message in Details window.

You will find out the following message.
"Visit https://visualvm.dev.java.net for more information. Built on NetBeans Platform."

On the other hand, please try the aove 1,2, and 3 step in WindowsXP(Japanese).
You will see the message which seems translated the following English message
(I am not sure what the original english message is ...) into Japanese.

"VisualVM is licenesed under GNU General Public License(GPL) Version2 including classpath exception"

Those 2 message seems too different.
One is just how to get more inf. and another is license.
