Steps to reproduce:
run <jdk_home>/bin/javaws without parameters.

The usage message are displayed without line breakers. see attached snapshots. It's correct in English, but garbled in zh_TW. Other languages are the same.
The problem doesn't happen in jdk1.6.0_24.
