Noticed that ja man pages in both linux and solaris are broken in latest jdk7 b132.
In both linux and solaris euc-jp, PCK, and utf8 encoding nroff files, most are filled with \ufffd. Possible error somewhere in conversion process from source html. Affected are all japanese man pages.
