Update Stylepad.properties file with comments regarding resources not to be translated as a short term workaround.

Long term solution is 7024965 tylepad demo: remove non-translatable resources from Stylepad.properties file

Also submitted a bug on BugDB for WPTG to fix the issue in the translation: 11777784.
