This bug was found when verify CR 6944415.

The test bundles I use:
http://rehudson.sfbay.sun.com/hudsonws/deploypit/bundles/windows-i586/b255-2011-03-03_46/jre-7-ea-bin-b255-windows-i586-03_mar_2011.exe

Try to load the following page and call installLatestJRE and installJRE DT APIs by selcting them from the given drop-down list, if IE crashes then bug is reproduced.
For the VBScrpt page, no api works when using ie.
For the Javascript page, when call installLatestJRE and installJRE, ie and ff will crash. But when call other function in the select list, it works well.
