We need a URL where the JavaFX installer JNLP will be hosted. This URL will be used to install JavaFX application running as a plugin inside a browser but not using JNLP.
same fixed URL is needed by DT - it is now using:
http://dl.javafx.com/fxinstaller/fx-setup__Vlatest.exe
When permanant home is found it needs to be in both places
