junit testcase failures caused by mixed code features

      After mixed code feature fixes putback into JDK7 (Bug 6988128), some junit testcases have failed to run, such as:

      com.sun.javaws.CacheUtilTest
      com.sun.deploy.cache.CacheHandlerTest
      com.sun.deploy.uitoolkit.impl.awt.ui.DownloadWindowForServiceTest
      com.sun.javaws.CachedSignatureTest
      ......

      etc.
