jdk build 134.

In Deployment.java , the string "UNKNOWN" is translatable and shoule be consistent in the translates file. The keys include the string are:

"security.dialog.notverified.subject"
"security.dialog.signed.moreinfo.generic2"

This is a pure translation issue.
