      On Windows 7 and Vista, the dir for log and chache are as below:
       Cache: <user_profile>/Local/Low/Sun/Java/Deployment
       Log: <user_profile>/LocalLow/Sun/Java/Deployment
      They both should be under LocalLow subdirectory.
