The layout of EULA dialog for de, es, fr, ko... have overlap problem with b140 PIT bundle, please refer to the attached screen captures.

Layout problem also happens on zh_CN and zh_TW. Please refer to the attached snapshot.

In Japanese, there are question marks in the red text. It seems that they are garbled characters. The snapshot is attached.
In zh_CN, the double quotation marks are not displayed correctly. In JRE, native double quotation marks in S. Chinese in .rc files can not be displayed correctly on windows. The English double quotation marks need to be used.
