It is possible for a Swing applet/application to use JavaFX features, for which we need to add JavaFX classes into bootclasspath.
For this to work, the JNLP for the Swing applet/application need to specify <javafx-runtime> element in resources and will have regular <applet-desc> or <application-desc> but not <javafx-desc>.
