The View#getMinimumSpan doesn' work correctly for three non-breakable views in a line

      For strings like "brown<font size='+2'>BIG</font>fox" the View#getMinimumSpan method returns incorrect value. See attached test. It looks like a regression from CR 6612541, where the GlyphView#getBreakWeight was changed. Now it returns View.GoodBreakWeight for non-breakable views, but should return View#BadBreakWeight
