SYNOPSIS

Control Panel options are not displaying after switch to High contrast mode
OPERATING SYSTEM

REPRODUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
-------------------------
1. Launch Java Control Panel (using windows interface or jre/bin/javacpl)
2. Switch to high contrast mode (using Shift+Alt+PrtSc or windows interface)
Observed result:
Javacpl options under Network settings, Temporary Internet files are not visible.
After switching back from High contrast mode to normal appearance, the javacpl options are still not visible
Expected result:
All options in javacpl should be to be visible and accessible before and after switch.
Issue does not happen if user is Already in High contrast mode. Ie., If you close
control panel and relaunch it, everything works fine.
Workaround:
Switch to high contrast before launching control panel.
