To reproduce:
On windows XP, load the following page in FF 3.6
http://www.aleks.com/multi_applets_crash2
(the page contains 8 identical applets, each of which is the java version detection
applet from the java.com page)
Reload the page by clicking on the browser refresh button.
Problem is reproduced if the client vm crashes. This is usually indicated by the disappearing of java console if it's enabled.
