Please generate a zip with offline L&F also (in addition to regularly generated online L&F) so that the zip file can be verified.
The offline L&F zip file needs to be verified for accuracy. At GA, it will be posted as a downloadable zip file along with other JDK downloads on http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html.

fyi - Bhavesh Patel and Vassili I worked to incoporate online and offline L&F functionality into the build scripts about a year back.

The offline L&F should NOT contain omniture markup.
