See 7052537. We are out of time, and are doing the minimal amount of change for JDK 7. We need to check to see if any of the other removeProvider calls are causing -samevm to fail. This will be done as a general cleanup.
This could be the more general bug to track the fixing all of the security entries on the ProblemList.txt.
