P3 Description
Update docs/index.html from Java SE 7 developer guides based on updates to Java SE 7 Readme file made by Aurelio Garcia-Ribeyro <###@###.###>:

Attached is the updated JDK 7 Readme file.
The HTML file is the actual file that should be included.
The doc file lists all the changes that I made and explains the reasons for the changes.
Please note that there are 3 pending Items for Documentation:
1) Under "Compatibility", the URL for "Compatibility with Previous Releases" points to a URL for a document staged but not published. It should be published before the readme goes live. Sharon gave me what the final URL should be. If this changes we will need to fix the readme.
2) There is a section called "Contents of the JDK" that refers you to a folder named: "File Structure" which links to http://download.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/tools/index.html#general
The target page needs to be updated to include a mention to the "/db" folder which is now included by default on the JDK.
3) There is a reference to the Release Notes on the readme. It now points to http://download.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/ where currently there are no release notes.
I expect that once there are release notes a link will be added -similar to the one on the JDK 6 Documentation page- pointing to the release notes.
finally there are changes coming on 7u2 that will mean another update to this readme.
