Make Java SE 7 enhancements pages consistent. All enhancements pages should have links to the documentation (if any) for those features.

Also an anchor like jdk7 would be ideal before the heading for JDK 7 enhancements (when multiple releases are listed on the same page). Then the release notes can link directly to that section.
