      Description

There are two use cases that this CR applies to.

        1) User goes to OTN and agrees to download a version of Solaris. The User will need to agree to the License terms. Given that License terms change communication with the Solaris Team about posting the updated license needs to be realized with some other process. One possibility is that all promotions to IPS have a web based form that includes a check for License changes. The web team could implemant a RBAC system and allow Java Release Engineering to own the section with the Java License.

        2) When new releases of Java are created and made available by Solaris after a successful integration with the to be defined IPS Request to Integrate Process, a post processing script in the ds workspace can be used to modify the license action to include --accept.
