The -old option was removed from javah almost 7 years ago (4945058). However, it looks like around b74 there was a bit of a rewrite adding JavahTask support and in that -old was put back incidentally.

The option is ineffective but is not rejected on command line as it had been from jdk1.5 through jdk7b73.
