Adjust make/jprt.properties file for jdk8

      The hotspot/make/jprt.properties file needs to allow for jdk8.

      I assume the hotspot team will want to allow for selecting release jdk7 or jdk8 in JPRT, but jdk6 too???
      In any case the make/jprt.properties file needs to at least allow jdk8.
