      For a new JDK release, there will be a new URN for JDK and JRE. For Java SE 8,
      set the new product URN in this resource file:
         com/sun/servicetag/resources/javase_8_swordfish.properties

      These 2 servicetag tests fail because the above resource file is missing:
      test/com/sun/servicetag/JavaServiceTagTest.java
      test/com/sun/servicetag/JavaServiceTagTest1.java
