When the JavaFX installer is activated in the JDK7 installer (URL and chksum set in the installer XML, and JavaFX binary staged), the iftw wrapper will throw an error if JFXINSTALLER=DISABLE is set in the windows registry.
This should never be seen by a customer, as the regkey is only used for testing.
