JavaPlugin should have consistent Version number when restoring registry key

        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins\@java.com/JavaPlugin,version=10.0.1. We need to update the version string above when old version is restored. e.g from 10.0.1 back to 10.0.0
