The tutorial repo contains many static html files where the omniture markup is hardcoded. The current build process applies omniture markup on generated html.
The download macro in bookdefs.mem4 needs to be specified to skip omniture markup in generated files. This process is clunky and error prone.

Solution
- remove all omniture markup from tutorial repo (Sharon)
- modify tutorial build shell scripts to generate online and offline bundles with and without omniture markup in all html files (Bhavesh).
