update JavaFX runtime registry key from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1 - code is in deploy.dll

this is just a CR for record to make this change in 7-client-u1 deploy repo.

this change is not needed for 2.0.2 or above anymore - because the reg key will be set from installer instead starting in 2.0.2
