Fix 6886436 caused behavior change in jdk 7 from jdk 6. In jdk 7, server connection will shutdown if any attempt to read data when http respose code is -1. As a result, IEException is thrown. This behavior change has caused escalation CR 7055058 by Citigroup.


Suggest to document the behavior change either in the jdk 7 migration guide or in MOS pages (if there are any suitable page document such issues in MOS).
