During j2sdk142_35 b08 TCK-jnlp testing on Windows 7 x64/x86 all tests failed with strange symptoms. javaws of j2sdk142_35 private JRE tried to download and install jre142_19. But it fail due to certification expiration. It happened with private JRE 142_35 only. Not reproducible with public JRE.

Seems regression due to not reproducible with j2sdk 1.4.2 u34 b05 jfb. But I don't think this is a showstopper due to the issue is for private jre only.

Is jre142 u19 a security baseline for j2sdk142_35?
