When a requested version is not installed and either meets the security baseline or the requesting app is fully signed and trusted, we try to download the JRE using autodle.
If the requested version is not available for autodo, we show the dialog titled:
"Warning - Old version of java requested" The dialog also goes on to refer to this version as "old"

In some cases it might be a newer version than is available, so the dialog should reflect that
