Image(3 Billion Devices Run Java) is not localized on 64 bit JRE installer

      The image on in progress dialog (3 Billion Devices Run Java) is not localized in all the 10 localized locales. Attached is the screenshot in pt_BR, but it also happens on all the other locales.

      This problem is 64 bit specific; it does not happen on x86 installer. On 32 bit JRE installation, the image is localized. So I set the CR to category install not localization.
