[macosx] Certain regression tests fail in jtreg if a security policy provided

      Some regression tests start failing running via jtreg with policy file provided. The same tests may work perfectly if started without harness. A CR against jtreg is filed; this one seems necessary just to match jdk release with test failures for Aurora.
