test failed on windows with timeout error (since FCS) and also some problems with test on all platforms:

1. rmid process doesn't killed after test execution
2. test can't be executed more than once in the same folder because rmid process lock JTwork/javax/management/remote/mandatory/RMIConnector_NPETest/log directory
3. test continue working even if rmid process fail to start (to reproduce execute test in folder A than execute test in folder B)

test passed on windows if execute it second time in other folder

When test executing without jtreg it passed on windows.

If rmid proccess starting from test in non-current folder than test failed with NPE (see attached test)
