Implement cross-process event delivery of Cocoa events.
Key, mouse and scroll events are delivered via NPCocoaEvent messages to the plugin instance. These in turn need to be sent over to the applet instance.
This bug tracks all subtasks in MP-17. It will also require AWT changes.
