JDK-2219363 | 6-pool | Unassigned | P3 | Closed | Won't Fix |
When the machine has 6u31,7u2, JavaFX2u and uninstall 6u31, the lower SSV version on the system is loaded. It should have loaded the remaining higher version
*** Tested Configuration:
-x86 XP(sp3)/ IE 8
*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Clean up all the java related keys on the system
1) Install 6u31-b02 (currently promoted build)
2) Install 7u2-fcs
3) Install JavaFX 2u2 runtime
4) Uninstall 6u31
At this point, jp2ssv.dll should come from JavaFX 2.0 (v. 10.2.1.x)
Load IE and if jp2ssv.dll loaded from 7u2 (v. 10.2.0.13)
(\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\) then the issue is reproducible
Justification for deferral: Not a regression in the CPU.
