test/java/lang/management/OperatingSystemMXBean/TestSystemLoadAvg.sh problem

      The following SDK/JDK test:

          java/lang/management/OperatingSystemMXBean/TestSystemLoadAvg.sh

      is failing due to a problem in the test apparently. It looks like
      the get system load average functionality is working, but the use
      of the "uptime" command on MacOS X is wrong.
