Java Quick Starter Service does not start from the latest installed JRE in the system
The issue can be reproduced with promoted jre 8 too. Tested on x86 XP
*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Install the 6ux (can use the sustaining 6u41 build from Vikram)
1) Install jre 8-b18 PIT ( or promoted jre 8-b17)
From the Process Explorer, you can see that jqs.exe launching from the jre 6ux
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin
It is expected that it comes from the latest jre 8 in this case
