When install 7u2 after uninstall 8 leaves no javaws registered in system 32.
This issue only noticed if using the jre 8- PIT DS build- not with the jre 8-b17 promotion

*** Tested Config:
- x86 Win 7
- jre 8 PIT DS build
- jre 8-b17 promoted build
- jre 6u30, jre 7u2

*** Steps to rrproduce:
0) Clean up all java registries
1) Install 6u30
2) Install jre 8 PIT DS build
3) Uninstall 8
4) Install 7u2

Expected: javaws.exe (from 7u2) registered in system32
Actual: No javaws.exe in system32

The problem can not be reproducible if replacing jre 8 PIT DS build with the promoted jre 8-b17
