[macosx] Setting frame icon image IllegalArgumentException if Image is created out of nothing.

        Unlike the previous similar issue 322, we have this IllegalArgumentException if the Image is created from non-existent file. Run an attached small snippet. It silently does nothing on Linux (substituting a cup icon).
