Remove jprt's hard-coded release selection

hotspot/make/jprt.properties currently hardcodes a value of jdk6 for JPRT submissions,

jprt.tools.default.release=jdk6

This means e.g. an embedded job using "-release ejdk6" has that command-line option ignored,
the file has to be edited manually.
