Reproduced steps:
1. Launch JDK 8 b20 installer, only install JDK, but do not install JRE and FXSDK.
2. After the wizard, it will popup browser show JDK registry page. Close it.
3. Launch JDK 8 b20 installer again.
4. It will show a dialog ask you if you want to reinstall JDK. Click No.
5. JavaFX Setup Error dialog will popup. Click Close.
6. It will show browser with URL https://hs-ws1.oracle.com/RegistrationWeb/registration/default/en_US/register-login.jsp?legacy=true&tgtPrd=jdk&prd=registration&uuid=urn%3Ast%3A9277cafb-197f-4478-b2b6-e3cb54ee6579&tgtVer=8
The expected behavior is when ask if to reinstall, if clicked No then no further actions.
