[macosx] Java App launcher should not change the working directory at launch

The launcher current changes the working directory to the parent directory of the application bundle, this behavior is not appropriate for sandboxed application as it causes the application to fail to start properly. When a sandboxed application is launched, sandboxd sets the working directory to the applications container, which is a more appropriate place for it to start.
