Effected browser: IE, FF ,Google Chrome
With 6u31 and 7u4 installed on the machine, applet requesting 6u20(insecure JRE) runs with 6u31 instead of 7u4 on accpeting the SSV pop-up
Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1) Remove all JREs form the mahcine and do required cleanup like removing left behind registry enteries, dt bits etc.
2)Install 6u31 and then Install 7u4-b09
3) Clear deployment cache and load following applet
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/deployregistration/PluginUnderTestDT.html
4) There should SSv2 pop-up. Click on option to use latest JRE
5) If applet runs with 6u31 instead of 7u4 then bug is reproduced
