Desc:
- can't switch to old plugin if FX runtime is installed
- disabling FX in JavaCPL allows to uncheck
"Advanced->Java Plug-in->Enable the next generation Java Plug-in",
but on the next run this option is still checked in java CPL and new plugin is active
