[macosx] JTextField DnD doesn't work

      DnD from one JText field for another doesn't work.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Run attached test
      2. Select part of text in left JTextField
      3. Drag selcted text and drop it on right JTextField

      Result: no text in right JTextField
      Issue reproduces on Metal and Aqua L&Fs
