Steps to reproduce:
1. Clear Java webstart cache dir
2. Create a file 'draw.jpg' in that cache dir
     with some text in it
2. Run the following command
C:\j2sdk1.4.2_37\jre\javaws\javaws
C:\cte\test\misc\javawebstart\6704077\draw.jnlp
 
    Application will start. Just exit after that
 
3. Look for 'draw.jpg' file created before
 
Check:
If the file still exists in that cache dir - test PASSED
If the file got deleted - test FAILED
 
Actual behavior:
Unable to load resouce:http://toybox.sfbay.sun.com:91/draw.jnlp.Please refer to attachment.
