VoiceOver is the assistive techology available on the mac platform for the accessible users

VoiceOver can be enabled/disabled by pressing the command+f5 keys

To Reproduce:

1. Turn VoiceOver On (Cmd + F5)
2. Run the installer and just hear the audio of the voice over
3. Move around the installer using the tab key / (Ctrl+option+Shift) and the right arrow key should move the Voice Over focus,
4. Focus moves around the buttons and the info text on the left but not the main info text / contents in the middle of the info.


So An accessible user has no idea what is going around.

Expected:

Voice Over should read the visible contents,

Actual:

Only selective contents are read.
This same issue applies to the Windows Installer also.

In the 7u6 jdk installer some of the contents are not read. And some are read in different order.
