At the recommendation of Apple engineering, update the plist keys used by the JavaAppLauncher program to use a flattened structure with a three-letter "JVM" prefix instead of a nested structure within a "JavaVM" dictionary; also rename the generated "JavaVM" folder to "Java" since it does not contain a JavaVM but rather resources related to the execution of the Java part of the application.
